Daphne’s Bridal was established in 2009 when Daphne Hill acquired Jenie’s Bridal. Having worked for years in the corporate sector in Columbus, Daphne felt it was the right time to pursue her lifelong dream of owning a boutique and helping customers to express their inward personality. She was driven by the desire to see women of all shapes and sizes feel beautiful on the most special day of their lives. In 2010, the shop moved to the 13th Street Village, where it is currently located, signaling a step forward in the vision that Daphne had for the boutique.
Daphne’s has been a family business since its inception and centers positivity, fun, connection, integrity, and initiative in every interaction. It is not uncommon to see Daphne’s husband, daughter, or son actively supporting the boutique in store or at an event. Daphne can also often be found joking with a customer during an appointment or dancing with models at a fashion show. Anyone who walks into Daphne’s is considered part of the Daphne’s family and the hope is that in every experience with Daphne’s, you will fully express who you are on the inside.
