These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your appointments, orders, and purchases with Daphne's Bridal Boutique. By using our website, requesting an appointment, or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Shop hours: Tuesday 11–5, Wednesday–Friday 11–6, Saturday 10–4. Closed Sunday and Monday.
1. Our Services and Pricing
Daphne's Bridal Boutique offers bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride and mother-of-the-groom attire, flower girl dresses, prom dresses, accessories, and tuxedo rental and purchase, along with gown preservation services arranged through a third-party provider.
Our core price ranges are:
- Bridal gowns: $1,500–$2,500
- Bridesmaids: $185–$380
- Mother-of: $250–$500
- Flower girl: $125–$250
- Prom: $300–$600
- Accessories: ask in store
- Tuxedo rental: from $180; tuxedo purchase: from $350
Prices and availability are subject to change. If a price or availability error is discovered, we will correct it and contact you before proceeding with an affected order.
Bridal samples in store range from size 8 to 26. We fit using the closest sample size with clips, and a designer try-on or loaner service is offered where available.
2. Appointments
Appointments are requested online through our website and are confirmed automatically once all booking requirements are met, including providing a card on file.
After your appointment is confirmed, we will call you to acknowledge your appointment and prepare for your visit — including confirming who will be joining you and the styles you would like us to have ready.
Your card on file is charged $50 only if you no-show or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. There is no charge to book, and no charge for a completed appointment.
Please arrive on time and bring the people whose opinions matter most to your decision. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible; cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice do not incur the $50 charge.
Free parking is available in the lot at our entry door.
Text messages. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive appointment-related messages from us and, where you have opted in, promotional messages. You may opt out of promotional texts at any time by following the opt-out instructions in the message or by contacting us.
3. Orders and Payments
We do not sell merchandise through this website. Purchases are made in our boutique or, for existing invoices and outstanding balances, through our Make a Payment option.
Ordering timelines. Normal ordering time is 4–6 months for bridal gowns and 2–4 months for all other items. Rush ordering is offered where available; ask in store for rush options and pricing. Everything in store can also be purchased off the rack.
Payment plans. The following payment terms apply:
- In-store items on layaway: 50% down, plus two equal payments over the next two months.
- Bridal gown orders: 60% down, plus three equal payments over the next three months. No custom changes may be made to a gown order on this payment plan.
- Custom changes and all other items: payment in full.
Order changes and cancellations. Because gowns are ordered specifically for you, please confirm the cancellation terms for your specific order with us before it is placed.
Payments are processed through Stripe and Square. For customers with existing invoices or outstanding balances, our Make a Payment option is available through Bridal Web Solutions, which integrates with Stripe.
4. Alterations
Daphne's Bridal Boutique does not have an in-house alterations person. We provide a list of local qualified alterations shops for you to choose from. You contract with and pay your chosen alterations shop directly, and that shop is responsible for its own work. Any alterations timing we discuss with you is guidance only, never a promise.
5. Gown Preservation
Gown preservation is offered through the Wedding Gown Preservation Company. Please ask in store for current preservation pricing and turnaround.
6. Photographs and Videos
We may photograph or record appointments, events, and other boutique activities. We will obtain your permission before using any identifiable image or recording of you for promotional purposes.
7. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, designs, and logos, is owned by Daphne's Bridal Boutique or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse this website or its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our website may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daphne's Bridal Boutique is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that service or purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such a limitation is not permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services or legal obligations change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
